Title: Harmonic whistiing when pulling away.

Hi chaps

I was wondering if anybody knew what this issue could be.
It seems to happen when I'm stop start in traffic and just after I've used the brakes.
It was happening very rarely before but I
Have recently had a cambelt and water pump change and since the car has come back this sound has become more and more frequent.

Any thoughts on what this might be?

I've heard this could be the diverter valve. I have the same problem. Only when I take of in 1st gear. I'm having mine changed this week. It's a cheap part
