Title: Help!! Part number of cable cover below seat

I'm missing the plastic cable covering that sits over the cable housing below both the passenger and driver seat on a 5 door mk5 gti.

The dealer was of no help tracing this down!

Would someone be able to help me with these part numbers please?

The image in the link shows the cables that the piece of plastic should be covering

I'm sure it's part of the floor carpet not a plastic flap?

From looking at other photos they seem to just be a removable piece of rectangular flat plastic!

From the link where they mention "Remove the plastic covers to reveal the loom connectors seated in a plastic holder." This is the plastic piece I need the part number for!

The part number should be on that cover item but it would take another member to look at their cover as mine is definitely carpet on 2007.

So it would appear that my girlfriends golf just has a piece of carpet that covers this lot. Mine requires a piece of plastic.

I've taken photos of these holes from both front seats.

VW can't give me the part number from their drawings. Anybody else able to? I imagine you just lift the plastic up and it would be below it.

I'll call up VW and collect on Saturday. Out of interest, how much did they cost you? It's just snap into place right?

The parts are known as End Cap ( Titanium Black) - current price for both items is a listed full retail inc vat

Drivers side 1k0971981A - 82V - £3.80
Passenger side 1k0971981B - 82V - £3.80
