my gti is due for its 2nd service and i didnt want to bring it to vw as i hate there customer service.
I was told if i dont service my gti at vw i loose my warrenty? Is this true?

you have to use genuine vw parts, but as far as im aware you dont lose ur warranty. unless its a extended warranty then id read the terms

as long as the garage uses geniune parts and is vat registered -you willl be fine--
