Fitted a Revo to my edition 30, and it's started to cut out.
It only happens when I have the clutch in, which lets the revs dip the whole way to zero.
Any idea how this could be resolved? Im pretty sure every things been put together correctly.

Is the DV return pipe connected up properly?
-
Yeah MAF is in correctly, and so is the DV pipe.
Spoke to a friend and he thinks the intake has came lose at the turbo end.
Either that or im going to try reset the ECU at lunch.

Happened with mine it's deffo an air leak at the turbo end! Try and refit and see if it happens again!
-
Strange even if the intake has come loose at the turbo it probaly wont cut out, hasnt on my car anyway, Possibly if its completly not sealed around the turbo atall
-
So had the car serviced today, intake checked etc and it was perfect. No fault codes came up but still is cutting out.
Mechanic suggested possible throttle body?
Any other ideas.
It's liveable at the moment, as doesn't cut out if you just tap the accelerator when having the clutch in.

Try another intake dude, or try your old one back on, just to see if its the revo intake at fault :happy2:
-
Try clutch pedal sensor if its cutting out when pedal depressed. Common fault on vw audi range..

Going to try this over the weekend and see! If not I have no idea

I have a similar problem mine does not cut out tho just my boost gauge drops slightly for a second :/
-
^^^ that's normal. It changes due to the timing changing when foot on the clutch. Proves your pedal switch works!
-
Ahh cheers pal thought I had a problem somewhere

I would put the standard airbox on and see what happens
