I assume your referring to wheels? Polished IMO.

So the polished wheels are harder to maintain I take it? How do you find it with the chrome like do you have any problems?

It depends on what you mean by "better".  Here's my own take on it:
I like OEM look, and love diamond cut wheels.  However, the slightest fault in the laquer causes the infamous whiteworm within a couple of years.  You can get them re-cut, but most reputable places will only re-cut once or twice.  So, I got mine powdercoated in shadow chrome, blended darker between the spokes.  The only problems have been minor and self/kerb inflicted!  The effect is deeper than diamond cut and just the right side (for me) of bling.

Spray them silver powdercoat, then when you want smoked chrome just let them dirty. Get bored of smoked chrome, give them a wash and now they are sparkly silver! Don't wash the inserts and then you've got a 3rd colour option!
