Basically for the last 6 weeks my seat belt warning sound and light is coming up - I have no weight on the passenger seat and I'm wearing my seatbelt.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could look to find a loose wire or connection of some sort? - I have looked under the seat but really can't see any obvious places to have a gander!
Grrr it's making me maaaaaaaaaaaaaad! :congrats: :driver:

Not a fix as such but it can be 'switched off' with VCDS.

As above get the fcuking thing turned off.I did as it drove me nuts every time i got the car in-out of thr garage.Mate works for VW so he did it for me. :driver:

It can be disabled but does anyone know whether you can select just the driver's one to be turned off? I often park the car in the garage and again it's annoying if I set the warning off.

You cannot disable individual seats with the VCDS coding change.
