Been lurking here for a while purchased a 2005 Golf GTI DSG back in March as the wife refuses to drive a manual.
The car is in exceptional condition for Spain luckily the last two owners were also british.
Current mileage 90k
What i've done so far.
Cam follower
Diverter Valve
Oil/Oil Filter
Air Filter & Pollen Filter
Fuel Filter
DSG Fluid & Filter
Brake Disks, Fluid and Pads
Both CV boots.
The cam belt and water pump were changed at 60k.
Is there anything else i should be doing now?

Hola amigo :happy2:

Fitted my new wheels today took the opportunity to take a few better pictures.
I loved these wheels when they were on my garage floor without tyres on now they are on the car i'm not sure.
I wish i had purchased the Eagle F1's without the rim protection it looks sh*t.

lovely wheels but way too MUCH tyre and needs to me MUCH lower
The tyres are 225/45 R17 on the 8 inch wheel they look massive compared to my stock wheels with the same tyre size at 7.5 inches.
I'm planning to get Koni Fsds and some eibach springs with the mildest drop.
Any idea on what to do with the tyres?
