Title: Difference between Genuine VW/Audi & Pierberg?

On Awesomegti.com the VW/Audi Diverter valve (06H 145 710 D) is £17 dearer than the OEM Pierberg.

Why is this?

Because it will come in a VW/Audi box

Same applies to the Pierburg anti shudder valve on a tdi which is enormously cheaper from ECP for the same part.
