Think you need a certain number of posts before you can use PM's or post in the for sale sections etc??

It lets me send pms but dont receive any back, ive messaged the guy 3 times saying i would have the open fog grills in the classifieds but he isn't replying but replying to his advert.

How come it allows me to think ive sent them? It lets me compose them and says they are sent.

Can i only reply to pm's i have received?
