Title: GTI ko3 going stage 2 rtech

hi guys

what power is to be expected i got 247 and 307 toques at stage one

i have added an itg cai, and will have s3 cooler and bcs tbe by the time im booked in at rtech whats you guys best guess on figures i could expect! :happy2: :happy2:

looking forward to trip to rtech now!

With that set up it should be around 270 bhp and 325-335 lbft on a R-tech stage 2 , if you haven't already done it recently fit a new revision G diverter valve and fuel pump follower before you go down for the map  :happy2:

With near on 300 hp with similar spec and actuator preload added

hi grey i did the revg and fuel pump follower a year ago when i went stage 1 should be ok i may have a look at the dv tho

wil post what i end up with cant wait to get bcs powervalve on it

well first part done 
BCS Pwervalve exhaust is on fitted by bcs on sunday thanks to dave and nige

The exhaust is amazing peice of kit and love the sound and performance

just gotta wait till end of week for rest of bits and stage 2 at rtech

Yeh worth a quick look. Just changed to a rev G the other week going to do the pcv next week.

Just for piece of mind!

Right guys quick update as well late!

niki mapped the old girl up today

the final figures i drove out with was 277.5bhp and 366.7 torques 

he had it much more bhp 290 plus at one point but the fueling over the whole rev range wasnt there !  so basically a uprated hpfp i would have seen more bhp !     

watch this space lol

somebody got a cheap pump on Saturday  :happy2:

brand new loba we are going to fit it Saturday then he will be booking in at r-tech again  :driver:

whats your car running exhaust ic etc etc

Running

Milltek TBE
S3 intercooler
Autotech HPFP
Forge Twintake
New G DV
New PCV
New fuel filter
New N75
Helix upgrade clutch
R8 coil packs

Should be ok for Nikki to wind things up a bit, fingers crossed for some good numbers.  :happy2:

How does yours feel to the previous map, better mid range with the Loba HPFP on ?

much better mid range so strong thru out!

made better bhp n torque and seems hold power all way now!
great spec on your car your gonna get good figures!

yep at the moment

not slipping at all yet im sure it will at some point!  then helix organic and new dmf

car was a 1 owner car old guy had it before me hardly thrashed im sure n loads bills and all vw service , no bill for clutch tho lol im on 93,000 miles lol
