Title: who has fitted the door lock holder

has anybody bought and fitted part number 22--as i would like to know if it comes with the torx screw that you undo through the door which holds 28 in place behind the black strip

These are my pics of it from my door lock replacement write up, Andy. My guess would be that it would come with the torx screw as it is captive in the support bracket.
