Need a new wing mirror cap for my drivers side, I found this on ebay..

The cap comes pre painted in LO41 which is the colour of my car, just wondering if anyone has had any experience buying a ready painted mirror cap?

I bought lh & rh from your link. Packaging was just bubble wrap, so it was like a foot ball asking to be kicked. I wanted black, but it had metallic gold flecks in it. Iam fussy and asked first that I only wanted OEM quality, which they didn't deliver on.
Got my money back and bought from here

Quality was far better, individually packaged in cardboard boxes, although 1 was for audi A4 !! , but they sorted that out. Iam not sure if they are clearcoated, they pick up little chips easily.
Most of these ebay shops send them out to get painted and I guess they do so many quickly that quality goes downhill.
I would buy again from my link, but if you can only live with OEM, i would try the dealers or buy primed and use a good paint shop you trust..

Hi I bought a pair from the 1st link & they was fine with a perfect fit, however I was told not to buy the pre painted ones as the paint finish is poor, I was lucky I live local to them so I collected them & my mate is a sprayer & he painted them for me.

Your a lot better off buying from tps, brought 2 the other month and if I can remember right they were about 20-25 each then you just need them painted
