Title: heater control upgrade

hi i was just wondering if i could change my heater control buttons.
i have a 06 plate tdi with the current standard heater control buttons such as the example below

i would like to change them to this style

could anyone point me in the right direction if it is possible for guides?

lots of work I think

you have manual air con , and want full climate control you have to fit motors to the vents and lots more imo
