Title: Newbie alert!

Hi folks!

New member checking in...not a Mk5 owner right now, but hoping to change that ASAP!

Current motor is a 14 year old Peugeot 206 2.0 HDI @ 140k, so looking forward to replacing it and having a shiny new(er) motor! Not very mechanically inclined, but I'm hoping that having a car I love vs a car I treat only as a utility will help me change that...

No major plans for upgrades once I do get myself a GTI, but I'm sure everybody says that!
