Title: No boost from forge boost tap

Recently fitted a forge boost tap to my GTI but I'm not getting a boost reading from it just a vacuum! I'm using a mityvac gauge directly from the tap. The car runs lovely with no obvious boost problem.

Well I think it's fine because the car boost like normal when I rev it I just can't get a reading from the tap :confused:

Are you sure your mityvac guage reads + boost the name says otherwise  :notworthy:

Yeah i thought mityvac where just handheld vacuum testers?

No it definitely reads boost because I have used it for work before and when I first put the tap in a few months ago I checked it and boost was fine.
