Title: Integrated Engineering's IE450T Kit (Twin Scroll)
Post by: TommyR on August 20, 2014, 06:27:48 pm
Seen this on another forum... New big turbo kit with a different turbo to the norm (BW EFR), should be interesting to see how much it is and what numbers can be achieved

EFR turbo are very interesting, should spool very fast and they still have internal wastegates.
This will be one to watch.

TKengineering in Germany have made several EFR 2,0 TFSI's so far running REVO software, so EFR's are already in use

Yh a few of my friends with Evo's rave about these turbos and last night I saw Statller where sending out a manifold for an EFR which got me thinking...

The only other ready made kit I found apart from the above was this:

http://www.turbozentrum.de/en/turbos-und-komponenten/turbo-upgrades/audi/efr-6758-vag-2-0-tfsi-turbo-upgrade-with-manifold/a-32000/

I will go on TK's website and have a nosey :happy2:

From what I understand the kits in it’s final stages before release. The theory behind it sounds mighty impressive, especially considering they reckon it will spool only a little bit slower than a K04 (200-300rpm) but go on to produce a whole lot more. So I look forward to see results and the price of the kit…

Yup

Ha I think there has been a misunderstanding, I was just looking at them… But if I was to get one there would only be one man to get the job and it seems he’s already had a play with a similar turbo… http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=49599.0
