Title: Rtech remap reset when battery disconnected?

Could anyone very kindly help me with the above?

I've tried calling Rtech today, but it looks like they might be out at Edition or SP. Also, had a search on here, but I can only find references to Revo.

Apologies if this is in the wrong place or if the answer is obvious.

as above it doesn;t effect the map
