Title: Folding Mirrors

So, my car has folding mirrors, as do many a GTi but I want them to fold when I lock the car and unfold when I unlock the car. A Seat Leon can do it so can mine or any GTi be made to do it?
I've heard a rumour it can be done but how?

Does anybody know how?
