Title: What is this fuel pump type?

Ok so my Mk5 GT FSI sounds a little rough, I've been reading the various threads about the fuel pump cam follower so decided to take a look at my engine. My fuel pump looks different to all the ones I've seen on here and other sites, i know i don't have a GTI but I thought my FP would be similar?

Thoughts please, also would this pump suffer the cam follower issue?

Not seen your particular model discussed on here. . .

Maybe try a google search or one of the other VW forums?
