Title: Ipod Track Names - RNS-510

Hi all,

Dug out my old iPod nano so I could have a go at plugging it into my RNS-510.

Having plugged it in I can play music through the unit and switch between tracks as you would expect, however, it will not show any information on the songs being played (artists, albums, songs). When I try to look through the files it just says 'Track- 0'1/'Track -02'/'Track -03' etc.

Anybody had this problem?

You have to go into setup and turn it on  :happy2:

I looked into all that, was already turned on?  :confused:

Not all my tracks work about 10% don't if you've ripped them from old CDs many didn't have the track Id system ,if you've just turned it on try unplugging and plugging back in so the system reads the iPod again also try wiping the iPod and reloading from your iTunes

Still had no luck with it. Tried everything with it and it still just says the same thing. I can play through it but it won't bring up any of the info.

I've ended up installing music onto the hardrive so I can see what I'm playing! I'll try a different iPod when I have a chance
