Post by: Markweir12 on September 08, 2014, 10:10:34 pm
Just a quick question.

When I unlock the car, the passenger door stays locked?

Have you got a highline display? There's an option in there, I can't remember what it's called off the top of my head

Have you got anything on the washer or indicator stalks to change it?
Multifunction steering wheel?

Na just normal steering wheel, nothing on  stalk to suggest ability to change things

I'd second door lock module on it's way out.

Happened to me a month ago, door lock would fail every other day so I had to get a new one.

I assume you have a 3 door since you only commented on passenger door and not front/rear. Your setting might just be set to open driver door only BUT has this only started happening recently? If so, and you haven't coded it to do so I'm afraid your lock is on the way out.

New one from eBay would be around £40 and from the dealer £110. I took a chance with eBay and fitted last week with no problems.

It's a DIY job but you need a T20, T30 torx and an M6 Spline I believe
