Post by: bondy on November 05, 2009, 06:16:14 pm
Hi  guys hoping you can help me with a problem,
Ive just brought a rns 510 headunit and went to install it, all works fine but the problem ive got is the sound quality is really bad when playing a cd. My standard headunit that was in the car from factory is the mfd2 satnav. can somebody help me out please as im itching to get it sorted.... :sad1:

Are the other sources ok or not?

Perhaps your RNS has come from a car with a Soundsystem. Have you had it coded with VCDS yet?

Your problem will be to swap the ground wires on the CD Changer.
