Title: Interior detailing.

Is there any interior detailing guides?
I've tried searching but doesn't appear there is any.

You don't need as much IMO for the interior.

Vacuum the seats/carpet. Use a detailing brush for the stubborn areas. Use all purpose cleaner diluted to 1:10 + microfibre for cleaning stuff. I tend to go over with a damp microfibre a few times to take away the soap. Dry MF to dry off the water. Maybe go over with some kind of interior spray. VW leather is coated in plastic so doesn't need "treating" with leather feeds and the like. Clean the glass.

That'll do me, cheers.
I wish I'd asked this earlier as I' bought some leather treatment a few month back.
Now some leather will crack If it's not treated, will the vw seats not do this then?

I would agree with Stealhwolf.
however I would still treat the leather..you can get maintainence products which if you use once a month will be enough.

I'd be keen to know if there are any products to use on vw leather.

I'd read before to just get a wet cloth and wipe over which is what I do, stops the bolsters getting shiny.

I use Autoglym leather conditioner every so often, but it just seems to make the seats a bit sticky and attract dirt.

Have a ganders on the internet...zymol, gliptone and dr leather all do good products.
