Hello,
Have this very annoying noise, that only happens say at when your in 2nd gear and driving very slow like 15km/h its a metallic jerk that lasts until i get a little speed up. Just when the car is underload. It used to be way worse:
Got the car looked at and they found that the alternator pulley was seized, that was fixed and noise/jerk 50% better.
Week later the pipe from my intercooler popped out that was put back on and the noise was 80% better.
Now the noise is still there but no where near as bad but it's quite noticeable as I heard my gf driving my car and I was 30m away and she was almost stopped but driving in 2nd gear and it made that noise again :/
Any ideas? The 2 things above have dramatically improved things! It feels mechanical, a metallic shaking noise! Was so bad when the pulley was seized everything used to shake from that

Could be the Tensioner if the Alternator pulley was fooked.

Possibly though everything was looked at by the alternator, any way I could tell myself? Had a look myself and doesn't seem loose and stuff

Yeah, you could try lubing it.
Open ended spanner on the tensioner - allen key in the lockout.... here's some detail:

Will try that thank you. Auto electrician said he thought the noise that was left after he fixed the alternator might be the exhaust bushings after being worn out from being thrashed around from the seized bearing
