I've had mine fitted for about 2 months. Can't fault it one bit, perfect fit and great power increase

Really like ur build thread iv read through it a few times, nice to see awesome results whilst watching the penny's! I'm going to get the lo springs after my map! Iv found a downpipe for £105 delivered (bargain hunter) : :fighting2: also you mention in your thread that you are running if without a map with no problems?
-
Buy it.
-
Bought mine off eBay about 2 months ago and it's spot on.
Go for it :driver:
-
Are these meant to fit a standard downpipe or can they be mated to a 3" catback?
Looks like it goes smaller towards the end.
-
Mates into the standard system with a clamped pipe sleeve
-
Would it fit onto my miltec? Or would I need to mod it :popcornsoda:
-
You would need to modify to fit your miltek mate.

Yes I'm definitely a bargain hunter! Ha, I'm running stage 2 parts since the stage 1 remap no problems at all, just the cel light on.
Waiting to find an autotech hpfp for the right price before I go ahead with another remap.

Looking forward to see an update on your thread! You are not running an intercooler yet are you? I'm after one at the moment aswell but I'm like yourself and would like to find a bargain! How would u describe the lo springs, looks awesome but what's the ride like?? :happy2:
-
I'm after an intercooler too just waiting for the right one!
The lo springs are spot on for the money, the ride is just as you'd expect from any lowering springs just potholes need to be avoided!!
I've had allsorts of different lowering springs on different cars and they seem to be near enough the same.
I had tein springs on my previous e46 m3 not much in them.
Have you swapped your wheels yet mate? I quite like the ones you had on.
-
They are still on the car unfortunately, but iv got bbs monzas that are getting referbed!! So if you had the choice again u would buy the lo springs over the H&Rs or eibachs?
-
I would yes just because they go a little lower, and I can't see there being much difference in ride quality. Good effort on the monzas I'm going to get spare set after winter.
-
Mate can you share the retailer/link for the £105 downpipe please? (If it's not a one off!)
Thanks
-
Buy it worth the risk @ that price!
-
How would you mod it to fit say a blueflame cat back?
Will the thinner section not cause a bottleneck?
Thanks.
-
My car has a milltec cat back with a reducer so I should be fine.... Link to the item @ 105 :drinking:
