Title: Logging in problems
Post by: rich83 on September 18, 2014, 09:48:35 am
Is everyone able to log in ok?

Reason why I ask is because the forum error log is always full of users putting in wrong passwords.  :signLOL:

(was the same before the upgrade too)

As above, I usually have to log in everytime I access from a different computer (despite ticking the "always logged in" option).

Thankfully I remember my password.

No problems logging in here. However, is there a setting for the forum clock as it appears I was last active in an hours time.  :popcornsoda:

Are you logged out when you are clicking through the site or after being inactive for a while?

So you expect the forum to send a cookie to every computer, tablet and smartphone in the world just in case you log in on it?

Nope. But if I log on to this site from my computer, then later access it from my phone, I have to re-log on to my computer. Then when I access it on my phone I have to log in again. Just want to remain logged in on each device.

@richwig83 (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=709) i already changed the session cookie last night so if people were still having the problem today then it does not work.
