Hello everyone,
I've got a very annoying noise from my GTI which seems to be getting progressively worse. The noise is a irregular squeak/chirping noise and only happens when going up hills and on anything other than a perfectly smooth road. Speed doesn't affect the noise - it makes the same noise when pulling away from the lights on a hill as it does at 50-60mph.
I'm pretty certain it's coming from inside the car, somewhere behind the dash or steering wheel. Has anyone else come across this before?
