Title: Pad wear sensor removal
Post by: dansmith180 on October 01, 2014, 10:20:50 pm: Hi guys recently had my TTRS front brake set up fitted, I don't have the wear sensors on this set up so my car keeps telling me to check the brake pads. I've been told I could put a resistor on the end of the plug but I have no idea which one and where I could get one, has anybody done this and if so could you please point me in the right direction, thanks.

Alternatively just use vcds to code out the sensor.

Don't have the old pads, didn't realise it was possible to code out the sensor all together, need to get a few bits done with the VCDS anyways so I'll put that on the list :happy2:
