Title: Marks new ED30 (Winnie)
Post by: markatfernhurst on October 04, 2014, 06:47:05 pm
Hi All

Picked up Winnie last Sunday.  She's a magic black Ed30 5 door with DSG.  Drove 550 miles Blackburn - Colchester and back in a day to pick her up so only managed to grab a couple of phone pics on Thursday morning so far with added flies.  If anybody on here recognises her I'd like to find out a bit more about what she's had done.  So far I know she's on H & R springs, got an intake kit and K & N cone filter, a Eurojet exhaust (never come across these before) and as shown in the pics a yellow grill surround and black boot badge.  Also she seemed indecently rapid on the drive home  :signLOL:

Also found some pics of my old Laser Blue so I though I'd stick a couple of those in.  I believe this is still knocking around Bolton somewhere.

Hi Joe

You around the Bolton area then? I still work in Bolton but travel around the North West a fair bit.

Thanks mate. Just had a look at your thread. Were pictures of your car taken in Tockholes? Like the Shadow Blue. It was one of the optionx I was considering before I got the Ed

Cheers

I took it to the last Unphased meet down at the Boatyard but as it was dark couldn't really see much.

Did you get your engine management light sorted?  Got the same issue on mine but not got round to doing anything about it yet as might be changing exhaust if BCS group buy goes ahead although its probably related to the intake. Any garage work on mine will be at Alan Price's in Blackburn as my other half works there.

Plan is

1 Exhaust
2 Remap
3 Brakes
4 RNS 510
5 Upgrade speakers
