Like what you have done to it. Xenon's would transform it, but pricey.

Very good progress! Your future plans will make a good difference too. :happy2:

By any chance do you know how much your reps weight? Just out of curiosity.

Keep up the good work!

Cheers

Thanks for the great feedback , nice to actually get it instead of getting ignored on audi sport because it's not an s3. I can weigh the reps for you when I fit the springs next weekend.

Looks excellent mate, paintwork is looking fine.

Yours looks cool with the black grille and black badge actually! - I see too many A3's of all ages with the Black Edition grill like mine but with a black Audi badge which makes the front look gappy. It can look too try-hard or RS6 wannabe for me  :signLOL:

coilovers are coming off this weekend and I'm fitting H&R 50/40mm springs and Bilstein b4 shocks.

B4 aren't compatible with lowering springs. Get the B8 instead or wait till you can get them. The B4 won't last what they're supposed to with those springs.

Cheers

They'll fit but they'll wear out much sooner than normal. B8 will last as expected.

They'll fit but they'll wear out much sooner than normal. B8 will have the normal lifetime.

I have a non s-line so i was thinking this could be a slight upgrade, even if they last 1.5-2 years I will be happy, then for for b8's when they die.

B4 are the same as stock. B6 are the same as sport suspension and B8 are for lowering springs.

I don't know how long they will last, it depends on the roads and miles you'll drive.

as above b4s are same as standard, i would use them with a 20mm drop but any lower then the b8's are the ones to use

On their web site they quite they are fine to use with a lowering spring of up to 40mm. I only drive from Nottingham to Hampshire on motorways so its not going to take a battering.

Yeap, motorways should be fine for what you're after.
