Title: Engine Codes Help
Post by: liver on November 10, 2009, 09:26:03 am
My exhaust light came on last night and was still on this morning. I took it to get the code reader put on it and as i pulled into the bay the light went off. Sods law lol

It had stored the codes and they were;

P3137
P0642

The guy said he'd never had these codes before and couldnt find the problems. He cleared them and then said take it away and see if it occurs again and if it does take it back and see if there the same codes thn go from there

has anyone ehard of or had these codes before??

cheers in advance

You will get the Intake manifold runner one back as you need to do basic settings to clear it properly.

There has been problems with these and it usually ends up with the Intake Manifold Runner motor replacing.

Obviously your guy isn't looking hard enough. :wink:
