Title: unmarked bmw 5 estate 09 plate m62
Post by: MAT ED30 on November 10, 2009, 04:40:22 pm
bronze colour, as above spotted yesterday on m62 going from Leeds to Manchester all the windows tinted except fronts and no lights in sight  :surprised: the flashing lights were hidden inside the back lights as i was up its arse in the fast lane as he was only doing 55 in the fast lane  :fighting: overtaking a truck and he gave me a flash of the lights just so i knew it was the cops  :fighting: you could see coppers driving too so it was very clever but thats bad if you ask me  :fighting: u just could not tell at all

I saw a similar BMW in silver that pulled over a Corsa!

No way you could tell it was an oink-mobile - looked more like a drug-dealer's car.

If you're not doing anything wrong, you've nothing to worry about have you? Unmarked cars are nothing new, they're just getting better at hiding everything. Black VRS's with a forest of aerials on the roof are a thing of the past now. Surrey have totally standard looking Focus ST's now (and marked-up ones as well which do look very impressive).

One of my colleagues (I stress colleague, not acquaintance) has a Civic Type R (new one - horrible car btw) and had one of these STs move in behind him. So he floored it thinking this guy was trying to begin a willy-waving contest. Three points later, he learnt that ego has no place on the road and to look more carefully at who is in the driving seat in future. And that torque rules.

Their ultimate unmarked car would be a sh177ty corsa modded up badly - imagine how many folk they would catch with that!!
