Hi Iv got a 2.0 TDi with semi automatic control (basic dials with no screens)
Sadly I'm not getting any hot air through the vents and Iv carried out all basic checks ie coolent temp, thermostat and so forth.
When I turn the heat control dial without the engine on I can hear a motor turning for a very short time followed by a lot of clicking, I can only assume that the motor or the gearing is broken.
Could anybody give me any advice on what parts of the dash I will need to remove to find the motor and what the motor would look like? It sounds like the motor could be behind the glove box but that's only a guess
