Title: Mk5 rear bumper GT fancy version
Post by: jack_maxwell on October 17, 2014, 12:46:49 pm
Does anybody if VW uk would sell these bumpers? Tried putting the part number in various places and nothing is showing up.

Hi, the part number is slightly wrong it should be... 1K6807521HGRU, listed as GT R-Line spoiler? Comes in primer
 :happy2:

The one you linked to is not a bad deal if shipping is reasonable.

It's a R-line rear spoiler. It's the same as the Ed. 30 but with no cut for the exhauts tips.

The Votex rear spoiler is like this:

That one you've pictured doesn't really look like a ed30 one. Looks like it has some sort of weird lip on the diffuser. Just wanting a nice rear bumper on my 1.4 mk5 without needing a new exhaust

Tried that number, seems to come up with an R32 bumper. Might go for the ebay one, just need to find a tow hook cover for it

Where are you entering the part number? Call TPS or VW dealer to verify? I can give you the part number for the tow eye cover if you like also?

The one in the picture is a Votex rear spoiler, not an Ed. 30 one.

The one from your link is a R-line rear spoiler. Basically equal to the Ed. 30 but with no cut for the exhaust tips, as I said before.

The part number 1K6807521HGRU is correct for R-line (called Individual equipment in Germany, I think) and it's primed, as stated by Golf_GT_TDI.

Check this link and search for the part number: http://www.partsbase.org/vw/golf-variant-4motion-golf-eu-2007-golf-80750-bumper/#p-vw-1k6807521hgru (http://www.partsbase.org/vw/golf-variant-4motion-golf-eu-2007-golf-80750-bumper/#p-vw-1k6807521hgru).

The cover for the towing eye is 1C0807241A GRU.

Do you know what the price would be primed?
