Title: RS4 front brakes
Post by: dansmith180 on October 20, 2014, 12:52:12 am
So a friend of mine wants to put RS4 calipers on an R32, I have done some research and as far as I can see I need
B7 RS4 Calipers (no brackets needed)
2012 RS5 Discs
Small centering rings
RS4 hoses??
RS4 Pads

Can anybody who knows or who has done this please let me know if that's correct or if I've missed something out or got it wrong. I know M/C is really a good idea but they think it will be fine (It can always be changed afterwards). Also of you have done this setup how is it? Any downsides or issues? Cheers

Just need some braided hoses rather than the RS4 lines and it will all go on.

Master cylinder will cope OK, but is tons better with the upgraded one.

The RS5 discs are average.  Heavy and will die fast on track.  Fine for the road.
