Hi guys,
Car is needing a clutch now that I actually have full boost.
Found this item on ebay saying its single mass flywheel and clutch (luk)
Would it be okay?

Who's the seller? If it's "Techniclutch", walk away
If your stage 1 or above, get a Helix organic as it's proven to handle 400+lb/ft and has great reviews on here :happy2:

Haha ye thats the seller!
Im currently stock but just going for a map.
Don't fancy spending big bucks as I cant afford it :(

Thing is it'll be more expensive to buy a sh*t one and have to buy another clutch and 2 lots of labour charges. Unfortunately these cars aren't cheap to modify and some things are worth stretching to do it properly.

I found an OEM luk item with dmf on cp4l for £400 which is a fair shout.
Labour i'll do myself at work so thats no issue

if your going to go more power eventually upgrade from now as its not a 2mins job to pull the box out :jumpmove: :jumpmove: :jumpmove: :happy2:

Standard clutch will only slip again in time. You can get a Helix Organic from Awesome GTI for around £450.

I replaced my old eddy clutch and DMF at 40k at stage 1 made it slip. Replaced it with oem and was still going strong at 75k when I sold it. If your are going further than stage 1 you will need a little extra mate
