My canbus has a ziptie around it. Is this normal?

Trying to change my canbus through the drivers side storage compartment...

I just pulled mine to the side to pull the canvus out. If you don't mind me asking, how much is the new version, and are there any benefits apart from the rns510 updates?

I got a 7N0 907 530 AF canbus from ebay for £45. I've no idea of any benefits as I just need it to prevent battery drain for a radio upgrade.

I didn't know what the "canbus" was.

I guess you mean CAN Gateway.
