Title: How do i change the back wiper please

Hi I am new to the forum :happy2:
I have tried to find a tutorial on changing the back wiper on my mk5 golf,
I have tried getting it off myself but I don't want to break it,
It just doesn't seem to come off, there must be the right way sorry if it is a stupid question but I am new hope you understand.

Pull it at the point where it hinges. It takes a little force. Wiggle it just a little bit as well.

wiper removal tool and a lot of WD40. :happy2:  If this doesn't work try a 12lb hammer  :signLOL:

Did mine yesterday too, as others have said - wiggle and pull

For reference look at your new one and you'll get thegist of what we mean  :happy2:

am i missing something? mine was simple to change? do they differ on the older mk5?

This is exactly what I was thinking! Mine couldn't be easier and it is an early mk5, so I don't think its any different.
