Title: Rns 510 Not turning off

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help or came across this issue before, my Rns510 intermittently will not switch off after the ignition was turned off and key is out. radio still plays and power button not responding?

Have you tried a soft reset? 2 arrow buttons and star/mic button pressed at the same time.

If that dont work, try unplugging the rns from the back and plug back in and see if it still plays up

I did a reset as above already, this is the first time it happened, wife drives the car mostly so not sure what other symptoms it was showing but yes, on occasions it will not switch off at all.
I will see now if any improvement after the soft reset.
