Title: Differences in Xenon lights between 2005-2008

Looking to retro fit Xenons, is there anything I need to be mindful of with mine being a Gti? Are there any differences between models and throughout the years the mk5 was made?

Or are all Xenons from base models to r32 the same in terms of lighting?

AFAIK they're all the same. Not sure but I think older have AL badge and newer have BOSCH.

Thanks for that...one set I am looking at has a/l in the back so must be earlier versions I assume. But if there are no compatibility or other differences then that won't bother me.

Unless anyone else has any further feedback?

I tried to find online headlights with a Bosch badge and could only find with AL.

Maybe I'm confusing with mk4 xenon headlights... :confused:
