Title: Edition 30 and Pirelli Register
Post by: edd30 on November 13, 2014, 09:20:19 am
Can we revamp the register to include description fields, e.g. colour, build date and a short description of mods ? Even better would be provision for a couple of photos, but I realise it will either incurr storage costs or rely photo hosting sites which may not be ideal.

Something like this:

Poorly coded web site.
That's the URL that's shown, works if you traverse the site from the front page, but not as a direct link.

Try this http://www.thealpinaregister.com/B3
That's the list of all Alpina B3.

It'll give future owners an insight to who has owned the car, the changes made etc. As well as providing a history of the car, it has helped a few potential owners where the car was written off in the UK, exported to Poland, Belarus, repaired then re-registered in the UK. The car looses it's CATD/C status when this happens.

This trick is becoming more of a problem and can see great merit in the above.
