Having low boost over 3000rpm I'm suspecting dv has spit , any other common problems that I'm not aware of ?

PCV failed, boost pipe split, turbo housing cracked. . . .  :sad1:

More than likely the DV. Check that first and then worry if it isnt that   :happy2:
