Looking for a bit of advice, my car is currently up for sale and over the weekend I was preparing it for a viewing and noticed rust on the underside of both of my front wings, this is not showing through on the paint yet but it can't be far away.
The car is a 2006 so I think my corrosion warranty would cover this? Is it just a case of taking the car to vw?
Thanks

Yes just take it along and they will take a look at it.
Mines is going in tomorrow for drivers side front replacement, passenger side to be painted and drivers rear is getting done too.
Fronts are free and rear is 25% contribution so £104 for me. Vw said it will take 3 days so get it back on friday.
It isn't a fast process I took mine in a few months ago and thats it just going in now.

I've recently had two new front wings free of charge I was surprised that they replaced the wings and dint just paint them! On a side note a few weeks after the wing replacement I noticed more "rust" on a few other panels took it to vw to my surprise told this was zinc inclusions and got all effected panels painted again free of charge

Did this include the sills?

Mine is in having this done now.
It's more lucrative for the body shop to replace the arches so they often push to do that. They said they would try that with VW for mine (even though the bubbling is very minor, a resprayed would sort it).
