Title: Stolen Monza 2
Post by: TANNER on December 20, 2014, 11:43:02 am
Morning all,
Not sure where best to post this but last night my 18" monzas 2s were stolen from my in laws garage. I was storing them there for winter and were mint as had been powder coated in the spring!

If you see any genuine sets for sale over the festive period with Goodyear eagle assy and uniroyal rain sport tyres please let me know!

In the mean time if anyone could clarify the part number for me please it may help with the insurance claim.
Is it: 1k0 601 025 ba??

Thank you
Jon

Can you share with us where they are located (in terms of town or county). Just in case the thieves are dumb enough to post an eBay add or something listing them in the same area as yourself. Appreciate privacy and all that so no worries if you'd rather not.

Good old Google search for forum adverts may be worth doing every few days, a lot of forums like this are public and accessible through search engines.

Cheers gents.
Yes good idea. They were stolen from the Stourbridge/Dudley area so will probably be up around Birmingham or elsewhere in the West Midlands.

Wheels were the only thing taken which is odd when golf clubs and bikes had to be moved to get to them!

Does sound targeted. It's one of the reasons I don't post pictures of my car with it's registration on show on forums, as it helps organised crime target specific targets.
