Title: Manual gearbox oil - Redline or Millers?

Having got the how too & tools, is there a difference between millers & Redline MT90 both being 75w90. Also should I look out for GL4 or 5?.

I've always found redline products very good , I favour it over the millers, I've used both in my gti
