Title: full miltek exaust

right, ive found somewhere to get one near me... ive been told that my deisel doesnt need the cat? is this true? and if i take it off with i still pass an MOT?
can i take the silencer off so its nice and meaty?

diesels don't need a cat for a mot-am putting a full miltek on next year with out the cat
