Title: Finance statements...

Just wondering what's the crack with finance statements. Iv never received one from bmw and noticed that vw are paying money back to customers that never got them.

Is this just vw or is it something to do with the consumer credit act 1974, to which I'm assuming bmw will also fall under!

I received a nice payment from VW just before Christmas for this.  The way I read the letter it's to do with the Consumer Credit Act...
