Guys, after some info, done some searching but just wanted a few views/answers to the following...
I fancy a sub in the boot to improve the overall sound, I currently run a RCD510 DAB and wanted to ask if I am better off buying an AMP with high level imputs rather than use LOC to convert to RCA's?
I was looking at a JL Audio JX250 with a JL SUB?
Also best location for install? would you tee off the rear left speaker and install amp in boot? or under front passenger seat?
And best place to pick up a remote switch on for the amp? Stereo of other AUX device inside the car?
Any views would be great.

I have a JX amp under the drivers seat. Tapped into the front speakers behind the head unit.
As you can see it does get kicked a bit.
I connected remote to the power wire for my Parrot Blue Tooth as the front 12v socket was always on.
