Had four wheel alignment done last week and the car drove straight...
Few days later I got some wheel hop through a small pothole in the road causing it to be knocked out slightly.
Went back to the place that done it and they hve re aligned it for me, drove the car off and I've found that on most roads the car pulls to the right.... Thy didn't give me a before/after the second time around but when I checked the sheet the first time the figures were all correct... Also the second time around they didnt charge me
The annoying thing is the mechanic who works for the garage takes the car for a drive before he puts the car on the ramp then another drive after he's done the alignment. Don't think he drives slow either as u can hear the car being driven fairly hard... I've got a feeling maybe he's knocked it out somehow but don't want to accuse anyone. Any ideas?

Take it back again. Or go somewhere else.
I went back to a garage three times once they kept telling me it was correct. The mechanic even came for a drive with me and kept saying it was the chamfer of the road. Forced them to do it a final time and they said it was out and seemed a little shocked that it was.

Yep going back seems like only option...
Thought it could be down to tyres as I've driven for quite a few miles with the alignment out.

Take it somewhere else mate, if they have the right equipment and they confident of there work why would he need to drive the car?
I wouldn't let anyone drive my car let alone a raggy arse mechanic!
Place round corner from me charges £49 for 4 wheel alignment and they are seriously the best in our area for anything tyres/alignment etc, go the extra mile to take extra care of you/your car
Got tyres fitted by them on my polished monza's and they placed foam against the faces before putting into bead breaker part of machine and even wash/clean wheels etc afterwards for you, that is the only kind of servicei would accept on my car
Seriously mate demand money back and go elsewhere :happy2:

There aren't any garages that do four wheel geo setup unless I travel a good hour. Alternatively I could pay kwik fit £75-80

It's alright if you know someone that works there and get it done for £20 but not a penny more!
Personally if he was driving my car like a tool id go somewhere else
Since you can't then you should go with him to make sure he drives properly

Been driving the car a bit more recently and keeping an eye on the steering. On some roads that seems to look straight the the steering points pretty much straight ahead. On others that seem straight the steering has to be adjusted frequently or held slightly to the left. Not sure what to make of this (maybe road is higher on one side)
I drove around 500/600 miles before having alignment done, could the tyres have worn slightly unevenly causing thesteering to need constant adjustments?

I get 4 wheel alignment done for 15 quid and can get 4 wheel alignment, camber etc done for 20 if I want... :P

Currently having same problem! Had it tracked by one company and then it started happening... Driving straight with steering slightly left. Then toke to another company ats euro master, they completed a alignment and said it was spot on... Still pulls to left! So I take it to my trusted tracker (280 miles away, where I work) and he tells me straight away that the rear control arms are seized and not alligned! In process of sorting it out now
