been on here for a few months  thought id post a pick of my first gti ,

Lovely colour. Missed out on a blue one while i was looking, Went for Safe Silver.

not sure what to do tbh ,   at the mo im doing the  thermostat's ,  done main one doing other 2 next week as temp used to go 70/90/70   so I read some  posts on here  , now it goes to 90 and stays there but takes some time to get there,

whats a good mod ? any  ideas

Before doing mods, have you done the usual checks on the PCV, DV and HPFP cam follower? I can send you links to all the how-to guides if you need them.

ECU remap from a good tuner (R-Tech highly recommended on here). Easy 30bhp without doing anything! A panel filter in the air box will get you a smoother power curve and a few extra horses too.

PCV = Positive Crankcase Ventilation
DV = Diverter Valve
HPFP = High Pressure Fuel Pump
