not sure what to do tbh , at the mo im doing the thermostat's , done main one doing other 2 next week as temp used to go 70/90/70 so I read some posts on here , now it goes to 90 and stays there but takes some time to get there,
whats a good mod ? any ideas

Before doing mods, have you done the usual checks on the PCV, DV and HPFP cam follower? I can send you links to all the how-to guides if you need them.
ECU remap from a good tuner (R-Tech highly recommended on here). Easy 30bhp without doing anything! A panel filter in the air box will get you a smoother power curve and a few extra horses too.
